Information for tenants

Dear guest, we warmly welcome you to our apartment and hope that you have a pleasant stay. Our experience has shown that a few small rules regarding the handling of inventory and the behavior of our guests are useful in order to make your stay as carefree as possible.

1. Inventory and Damage

We ask you to treat the inventory with care. Damage to furniture and objects does happen and can usually be repaired without any problems. Please inform us immediately of any damage that occurs. As a rule, tenants and fellow travelers are liable for this and are responsible for replacing or reimbursing costs. This is usually not necessary for minor damage, such as broken dishes.

2. Noise and Quiet Times

Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep the TV and music volume down to the volume in your room. The general night-time quiet period begins at 10 p.m.

3. Visitors
Your visitors are welcome for short periods of time. However, it is not permitted to accommodate unregistered guests. Should the number of guests change, please inform us in good time so that we can prepare the apartment accordingly.

4. Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment.

5. Pets
Pets are not allowed.

6. Safety and Valuables

Close the door and switch off electronic devices when leaving the apartment. We assume no liability for the loss of valuables during your stay.

7. Waste separation

We ask you to separate your household waste and place it in the garbage containers located behind the house.

8. Cleaning

The thorough final cleaning of the apartment will be carried out by our cleaning service after your departure as agreed. However, we would ask you to remove any major dirt in advance.

9. Arrival and Departure
The apartment is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. The apartment must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
